G. Gordon Schulmeyer, President, brings more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of software development from management to quality assurance to process definition and improvement. Gordon is an authorized SCAMPI Lead Appraiser. He received a B.S. in Mathematics and MBA in Management from Loyola College with a J.D. in law from the University of Baltimore . Mr. Schulmeyer has been a software quality manager and software development manager with responsibility for the development of software by more than 400 software engineers. He has published 7 books on software management, software development, and software total quality management techniques. In 1992, G. Gordon Schulmeyer received the first place for the Shingo Prize from the Utah State University . This quality award is named for Shigeo Shingo, the creator of the poka-yoke (mistake proofing) process. Mr. Schulmeyer was the leader of the Software Engineering Process Organization responsible for software process improvement and metrics evaluation for a large defense contractor.
